1. Vendor Registration & Eligibility
Vendors must provide accurate business details, including GST, PAN, bank details, and any required licenses. Just2Best reserves the right to verify and approve vendor registrations. Any misleading or false information may result in account suspension.
2. Product Listings & Quality Compliance
Vendors can list only authorized and genuine products. Product descriptions, images, and prices must be accurate and non-misleading. Selling counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items is strictly prohibited.
3. Pricing & Payments
Vendors set their own product prices but must adhere to fair pricing policies. Payments for orders are processed through Just2Best and settled to vendors as per the agreed payment cycle. Just2Best may deduct commission, transaction fees, or penalties as applicable.
4. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Vendors must process and ship orders within the specified timeframe. Delays, cancellations, or stock unavailability may lead to penalties or lower vendor ratings. Vendors are responsible for packaging and ensuring product safety during transit.
5. Returns, Refunds & Dispute Resolution
Vendors must accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products as per Just2Best’s policy. Refunds will be processed after quality inspection of the returned item. Any disputes between buyers and vendors will be mediated by Just2Best’s support team.
6. Commissions & Fees
Just2Best charges a commission on each sale, which varies by product category. Additional fees (such as promotional fees) may apply if vendors opt for advertising or premium listing services.
7. Vendor Code of Conduct
Vendors must adhere to ethical business practices and comply with legal requirements. Engaging in fraudulent activities, fake reviews, or unfair competition may result in account suspension. Vendors must maintain professional communication with buyers and Just2Best representatives.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
Just2Best reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts in cases of:

9. Liability & Indemnity

10. Changes to Policy
Just2Best may update this Vendor Policy & Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.
